  1. Seems like a faulty tweak, so you are not able to run the jailbreak with tweaks disabled? That would have been the easiest way to remove the problematic tweak. If that fails rootfs might be your next stop. Also you might want to try taurine and see if you have the same problem with libhooker.

  2. I had the same problem and solved it the hard way… Someone here told me to reset all setting what you shouldn‘t do! I had to restore from backup and had to put all my cards again into Apple pay… Had to put my books and music again. What will help you is: restore rootfs with Unc0ver or if it doesn‘t work with Taurine. If you restored with Taurine restore with Unc0ver after. Update all in Cydia except Substitute. Update Substitute to 2.0.10 and avoid updating to 2.0.11. That solved the problem for me.
